Stand concepts and prices

Below you can find prices for stand hire and registration for DiaLabXpo 2021 at Lokomotivværkstedet in Copenhagen.

We offer ready-to-use stand solutions as well as customised solutions for your company according to your needs, or you can build your stand yourself. 

Stand concepts at DiaLabXpo 2021:
 

A turnkey stand is inclusive:

• Black stand walls in 2.5 metres high
• Carpet - colour of your own choosing
• Lighting - the hall is designed with a general lighting
• Daily cleaning

Stands can be hired from 6 to 36 m2

Stand without construction is inclusive:

• The floor will be the existing floor of the hall
• Lighting - the hall is designed with a general lighting 
• Daily cleaning 

Stands can be hired from 36 m2 and up to your preferred stand size.

Stand hire for a turnkey stand:

DKK 1,775.00 per m2 - excl. VAT and registration

Stand hire for a stand without construction:

DKK 1,450.00 per m2 -  excl. VAT and registration

Registration fee:

DKK 4,500.00 per company excl. VAT
